Hey… this is me

Buried deep down at the bottom of the earth

Look … that’s you
Soaring towards the skies!!

Hey… this is me
Who fostered you
Pampered you
Stayed up nights
Abandoned all dreams
The dreams that had a world of bright
The dreams that had dewiness of heavens
The dreams that had adolescence of spring time

Look … here, in my eyes
These eyes
That have dusk of a thousand nights

Hey … this is me
Holding the castle of your fortunes on my frail shoulders

Me … buried deep down at the bottom of the earth
